Technical Features
Very high solid, solvent-free, vitrifying paint formulated with epoxy resins and characterized by high chemical resistance, high surface hardness and wear resistance. The product has a glossy finish, is compact and pleasing to the eye and thanks to its vitrifying performance, gives extreme hardness to the dry film. It is compliant with the Ministerial Decree N. 174 dtd 06/04/2004 concerning the global migration in distilled water at 40°C/24h and the materials and objects that can be used in the fixed systems for the collection, treatment, adduction and distribution of water intended for human consumption. It is also compliant with the Ministerial Decree dtd 21March 1973 and with the EU Regulation n.10/2011 concerning the hygienic discipline of packaging, containers and tools in contact with food substances or substances for personal use.
Application Field
Epoxy coating ideal for the vitrification of barrels, tanks, concrete and metal wells that contain food liquids, hydrocarbons and drinking water. It is also ideal for the internal lining of industrial and civil wastewater containment tanks and drainage systems with weakly acidic or weakly basic pH. Thanks to its washability and detergency features, the product is suitable for baseboards, seasoning surfaces and concrete and metal work tables in food laboratories, industrial kitchens, breweries, wine cellars, dairies and for all those warehouses and deposits where food is handled and stored.
